When displaying birthdays, the app should be looking at the birthday based on my time zone

When I log in here in Australia, people's birthdays don't appear until it's later in the day (presumably when the day had ticked over in another part of the world). It's super useful when you open your app to see the birthday's, bit waiting until later in the day is a hassle.
