Weekend rules for birthday and keep-in-touch reminders

I'd like control over what happens when a reminder falls on a weekend — for example skip it, or shift it to the Friday before or the Monday after.

Ideally this could be configured separately for birthdays and for keep-in-touch reminders, because they don't need the same treatment: a birthday still matters on a Saturday, but a keep-in-touch nudge is much easier to act on during the working week.
