View Filter logic support of whole word filters

It would be nice to allow filters to support whole-word filters. Current "contains" logic filters for any sequence of characters that match. For example, if I create a view for Title contains CTO, I also need to create a counteracting rule to exclude every word that may contain the characters "CTO" in the title (ie, Director, Sector, etc).
