Unnecessary steps when saving a contact from Linkedin

Hi guys, when I add a new contact to DEX from Linkedin, why aren't all info from the Linkedin profile automatically added to the DEX contact? I know you can do that with "enhance contact", but why is a manual step? Also, often company and education are not added to the DEX profile. Why does that happen? Thanks
