True end-to-end, client-side encryption

Feature Request

True end-to-end, client-side encryption so only users - not Dex - hold the keys? This is what keeps me from recommending Dex more broadly. Consider the sensitive nature of contacts, imo this should be top priority.

    If not for contacts/metadata, then at least for last message/email content.
