Track relationships within network

I sometimes struggle to remember who knows whom within my network, which is especially embarrassing when I've introduced people myself.
I'd love to be able to track relationships within the contacts in my network and especially specify something like "introduced @jane to @bob on May 20, 2022 to compare research"
