"Toggle off" option for AI Auto Tagging so that it can't make any of it's own tags and can only use the ones that have been previously generated.

Can you write something where the AI Auto-Tag function can have a setting that restricts it to only use the tags you have previously generated rather than using some existing ones and making up other ones it thinks are relevant. It would also be good to have the ability to toggle off the capability of AI to make any tags at all, or at least have a pop up that asks you if you want to do it.
