The Dex Copilot seems to fail a lot, then takes time to reboot, without letting the user know it failed.

    This has been added - a failed Copilot turn now shows as an error with a Try again button instead of looking like it hung.

    One exception: if the turn already made a change before failing, the retry button is held back so nothing gets applied twice, and you re-ask manually.
