Raised again by a customer who asked how to see their Facebook messages inside Dex. They expected Messenger conversations to show up on a contact's timeline the way Instagram messages do, and found that only Facebook birthdays and profile details come across. The use case is keeping one record of when they last spoke to someone, whichever channel it happened on.
