Specific date for Keep-In-Touch

There are some people that I want to be able to reach back out to on a specific date, rather than set a frequency. I thought I remember last week being able to select a specific date in the dropdown, but now all I see is the ability to set a candence. This is less than ideal, especially if my KIP date is less than a week out. In company CRMs, this ability to specific specific dates to reach out is standard. Would love to have it here as well.
