Show only direct emails on a contact's timeline

Feature Request

Add an option to limit the emails linked to a contact to direct correspondence: messages you sent to the contact or they sent to you.

Current gap: emails where both people are only CC'd, or on a large group thread, are linked to the contact's timeline too. For contacts you share many group emails with, the direct conversations get buried.

Desired outcome: a setting (or timeline filter) that hides CC-only and group emails, so the timeline shows the one-to-one correspondence that matters.

    Requested by a customer syncing email from Outlook. Many of their contacts share large group emails with them, so the contact timeline fills with group threads and the direct back-and-forth is hard to find. They'd like to limit linked emails to ones sent directly between them and the contact.
