Show all types of meetings on the Today page

Currently, calendar events to block off a time/day with only the user as the attendee does not appear.

Include it on the Today page.

    This has been added - open the Calendar events section on your home page and turn on "Personal events" in the section settings. All day events are a separate switch in the same menu.

    Both are off by default and saved per browser, so you will need to set them again on another machine.
