Search Function in the Tags List under workflow in settings

It is very hard to find a tag as the list doesn't seem to sort logically. if the list sorted like the other tag list and there was a search function, it would be much easier to find a tag when you want to edit the tag. Or also maybe put an edit function in the tag pop up window. Thanks!
