Report total keep-in-touch cadence

I want to know, in aggregate, how many emails I'd need to send to hit my keep-in-touch frequency, so that I can set them to a cadence that I can keep up with. For instance, if all my 700 contacts were on an "every 3 months" cadence, I'd need to average (700*4/365 =) ~8 emails/meetings per day.
