Remove or Increase 20-Contact Limit in Quick Actions (Frequency Assignment)

Details:

The Quick Action flow for assigning “Keep in Touch” frequencies is very useful, but it currently stops after 20 contacts, forcing users to restart the process each time.

For users with large contact lists (e.g., 5,000+ contacts), this limit significantly slows down bulk setup and cleanup workflows. Assigning frequencies at scale would be much faster if users could continue the Quick Action flow without interruption.

Requested improvements:

Remove the 20-contact limit entirely, or

Allow users to configure a higher batch size (e.g., 100, 500, unlimited), or

Provide a “Continue next batch automatically” option without restarting the flow

Value:

Dramatically improves efficiency for large contact databases

Reduces repetitive restarting and cognitive overhead

Makes Quick Actions viable for serious contact cleanup and onboarding workflows

    Just wanted to share workarounds and my workflow as another perspective.

    Quick action for 20 contacts I complete in half an hour.
    I had over 2k, now down to 1800 contacts.
    In Quick action are people who are the most recently imported, and naturally have little info. They usually have only the first name without a picture, so open each card to see who they are.
    Merge (if automatic didn’t see it)
    Add related contacts and address. Thus, make it easier to find a contact later.

    For those who need to assign frequencies faster there are already 2 options.

    1) Onboarding workflow:
    on desktop Keep in touch → Board view
    Drag’n’Drop from Uncategorized category to “Don’t keep in touch”

    Now it is true that it is hard to reach further

    Device: MacBook 13.3”
    I drag a contact to the end of the screen, and I expect it to scroll acceleratingly quicker the closer I am to the right.
    Actual: it is scrolling really slow, pixel by pixel, clunky, or not auto-scrolling at all.


    2) Serious contact clean up. (Even faster!)
    Search by group or tag, select all contacts you want to archive.
    Search all you want to keep in touch monthly, select all → change the frequency.
    …

    In conclusion:
    - inteligent Merge
    - smart natural drag’n’drop
    - advanced search

    will make the workflow faster and issue disapears.

    Also can you add other data fields to the contacts a lot of times I have to go to their linkedIn to figure out who they are because i need their school or work information to remember?
