Related Contacts

Currently, when creating an event with multiple attendees, users need to manually update related contacts afterwards. This is time-consuming and increases the risk of incomplete data.

To improve the workflow, the system should automatically (or at least semi-automatically) suggest updates to related contacts based on the participants of newly created events.

Acceptance Criteria:

  • When an event is created with multiple people, the system prompts the user with an option to add/update relationships between those participants.

  • Option to accept all suggested relations in bulk or select specific ones.

  • Semi-automated mode: user confirms suggestions.

  • Automated mode: relations are updated without further input.

  • System prevents duplicate relations being created.

Benefits:

  • Saves time for users managing many contacts.

  • Reduces manual steps and human error.

  • Keeps contact relationships up-to-date and more accurate.
