Inside the contact card I can have various of emails, calendar events, notes, etc. I prefer to pin something important for this contact to keep an eye on it.
Requested again by a customer working through a single contact's notes. They keep one note that matters more than the rest and want it held at the top of that contact's timeline rather than sliding down as newer entries arrive. Their expectation was that an individual note could be marked to stay in place.
