Phone number and email address validation

I find that I have too many phone numbers for each contact and many are out of date. I would like to remove out of date phone numbers through a bulk validation of phone numbers. Tools like textmagic and others can run bulk phone validation and this would be really valuable for cleaning up contacts. I would like to be able to do the same thing with email addresses as well.
