Requested again by a customer on Android. They want call history (date, time and duration) and SMS to update last-interaction dates the way they can on iPhone and Mac, and noted that many people in their network are on Android too.

Requested again by a customer whose texting happens on an Android phone. They had set up email sync and expected their SMS conversations to count toward last-interaction tracking the same way iMessage does on a Mac.

Seconded. Apple is not a given, especially in mainland Europe where in France/Germany it’s less than ¼ of the smartphone market.
Google Messages has now become the default SMS/MMS/RCS client on Samsung phones, so this would capture all Google Pixel, Samsung, and virtually all phones sold widely in OECD countries (which I’m assuming is this service’s target market.

Please do this soon, it’s the only thing stopping me from fully taking advantage of Dex.

This is the one missing feature that's preventing me from fully diving into Dex. Without it, every connection history / timeline is off.
