Over the past seven years, many of you have used Dex across multiple email providers, and Outlook has been one of the most requested integrations. Supporting reliable Outlook sync requires additional infrastructure and ongoing maintenance, which is why it’s included as part of the Professional tier as we continue building Dex as a sustainable, long-term business.
With Outlook sync, Dex can automatically keep your contacts and interactions up to date, giving you a more complete view of your relationships across accounts.

I read through some of the comments and have two items to note:
Not sure why Dex and Rolodex have different integration options. I went with Dex for business use because it has more integrations, like WhatsApp, which I use to keep in touch with clients.
Agree with the comments about Outlook integration being needed for single/non-team users. Many small businesses are single owner-operators or don’t need their VA to use the CRM

Needing Outlook personal calendar integration. Lack of this feature blocks going to paid because I'm not a Google user.

This is the feature that would keep me using this platform. My entire calendar, emails is on outlook. Lot of manual work for me to add things here. Would save me multiple hours. Also the feature to connect multiple emails, would help me streamline contacts from all my businesses.

This is the #1 missing part of Dex from what I can tell, and it's painful that I can't work as well with Microsoft 365 as I could with Google Workspace.

Microsoft Outlook has market share of 94.10% inthe paid email-client market. Do I need to say more?
I'm happy with Dex but won't continue to be a paid user if i cannot sync my email, calendar and address book - of all the tools I use, for now I was able to integrate only LinkedIn and Facebook. That's not enough for work as a freelancer.

Add Microsoft/Outlook functionality. For people who want to develop their contact list this is absolutely necessary because most company emails are based with Microsoft.
I've tried many of the personal CRM's and Dex is so far the best but whatever CRM service can connect to Gmail/Google, Apple, and Microsoft/Outlook(Linkedin is also Microsoft) will win basically everyone. Makes the paid version of this not worth it without it.
