OAuth or API rotation

For privacy purposes and using the Dex API, it is essential to have a way to either authenticate via OAuth, or to be able to recall/delete/rotate our API key. The lack of such rotation means that the Dex API is not secured, any leaks at any point, of the private key means full and permanent access.
