Multi-Select Picklist for Custom Fields

Allow a defined multi-select picklist in custom fields. For example I might want to have a field called "Dietary Restrictions" and be able to apply both the values of "Vegeterian" and "No Alcohol" but not "No Red Meat" to a person.
