Make the timeline more visual

I categorize a contact as a once every 3-month interaction, but end up talking to them every week or so. Would be nice to see this in a timeline along with how I often interact (text messaging or social). As a user I would absolutely love Insight into my behavior vs. decisions around my interactions.
