Make Dex extension work more like Nimble Prospector

• Allow user to highlight a name anywhere and created a new Dex record starting from it

• Allow user to view a person's Dex contact page side-by-side with the email/LinkedIn profile/other page where they're looking at the person

• Allow user to add a note or reminder to a contact within the extension
