Linkedin Name duplicates

(Apologies if this is already covered. I skimmed most LinkedIn related posts and while some get close to this none seemed a direct relation, but there is so many I might have missed it!)

My industry (game development) has evolved into a silly LinkedIn quirk: Everyone updates their profile for their name to include the "Soon" arrow emoji and the next event coming up they will be at, such as "Bob Doe 🔜 GDC". This has led to the side effect of Dex importing them as a new LI contact every time these changes happen, that I am constantly having to find and clean up with manual merges. It would be nice if there was some extra logic that halped avoid this. Maybe if it did a "everything before an emoji" comparison on sync and then dropped the profile if there was an exact match or something?
