Let users receive the Dex daily digest on WhatsApp
Allow users to choose WhatsApp as a delivery channel for the Dex daily digest.
Current gap: Dex Copilot does not expose WhatsApp as a supported digest delivery option.
Desired outcome: users can select WhatsApp for their daily digest while keeping existing delivery options available.
