Keep In Touch Queue

It doesn't seem like you can filter contacts by a condition where 'Last Interaction' > ' Keep In Touch Frequency'. It would be great to treat 'Keep In Touch' more like a queue (rather than a board) where the user is guided to keeping in touch with contacts that are the farthest away from the desired frequency.
