Keep In Touch - Mobile - add "never"

For mobile app: contacts -> keep in touch -> uncategorized contacts
can we please have the option of selecting "never"? right now, we can only assign someone to a time but not able to distinguish the difference between no keep in touch set vs. never keep in touch
