Infinite Splash Screen

I have an Android and an iPhone, and the app is stuck on splash screen.
When I install the app or right after I remove all app data, the app correctly shows login page. Then when I log in, access email to press the link, and return to app, Android app is stuck on a screen showing Dex logo at center of screen with nothing else on the screen, and iOS app is stuck on a blank white screen.
