Include LinkedIn link field in Add Contact flow

I just met a bunch of people in a networking event and wanted to add them. The 'add contact' should include linkedin link by default, because that's the primary method of connection in networking events.

This feature is especially useful because some of the connection requests are still pending and I need to input my note about each person before I forgot.
