Improve Merge Logic for Hispanic Surnames and Naming Conventions

Dex’s current contact merge logic does not reliably account for naming conventions common in Hispanic cultures, where individuals may use either their paternal or maternal surname depending on the context (e.g., “García Márquez” appearing as “García” or “Márquez”). Enhancing the merge algorithm to better recognize and handle these variations would improve accuracy when identifying duplicate contacts and ensure more culturally-aware contact management.
