Import only email contacts who replied

Add an import filter for connected email accounts that selects only people who sent an inbound reply or participated in a two-way conversation.

Current gap: email import can select all contacts or use interaction totals, but it cannot distinguish inbound replies from outbound-only recipients.

Desired outcome: across multiple connected accounts, let users review and import reply-only contacts without importing large outbound-only lists.
