Freeflow text similar to Roam Research

It would be nice to have a daily page in the dashboard where I could write free flow text similar to Roam Research. Something along the lines:
I chatted with [[Kevin Sun]] about Dex.
Then in Kevin's contact it would automatically appear the note.
In the future this could be even extended with some smart extraction feature (e.g. if mentioning the birthday)
