Enable Local Indexing / Caching For Desktop/Mobile

Dex for desktop has gotten slower since filling it with more contacts.

I would love to be able to leverage my computer's excess hardware resources by allowing all of the data to be indexed/cache'd on a local temporary files area on my hard drive.

This would allow for snappy instant retrieval, and the software would only need to retrieve or post new changes to/from the server.

Realistically, the majority of people's contact's and info do not change day to day.

Dex has its nearest (new and unnamed) competitor beat on features and polish, but their search and retrieval is lightning quick at this time compared to dex.
