Don't override a title change in a contact

Some people have long and random titles in their LinkedIn. I write the short version in their profile in Dex. When Dex syncs with LinkedIn, it overrides my change with the title again.
I don't want that to happen. If I override, it should stick that way. Maybe, you can show "my version" and the current version in LinkedIn, just in case it's updated.
