Allow the contact description fields to have tagging and links.

    This is a bit delayed, but contact descriptions can include links, formatting, and tagging (@ for contacts, # for groups!)

    I'm not sure what the "tagging" refers to here, but the hyper links would be great to link to for resources other than the website.
