In particular, I would love a Discord integration, just because so many people use Discord for friends but sometimes do not have them added on any other platform.

This feature request will not find a lot of supporters, as the current users of Dex and not Line users. Integrating Line, opens up a complete new target group to Dex.

As new platforms come along to replace the current main ones, supporting the ability to define custom ones in the web app, and Ideally, have the plugin recognize that you're on one of these sites, would be ideal. Bluesky, Discord, Reddit, Soundcloud, Substack are ones that come to mind as well as the ability to toggle on/off or add custom.

Since every user will likely use all have different network needs; Perhaps allow users to make their own lists as the first step and build in the icon support, similar to how Linktree does. And if a social network isn't not on the list yet, allow the user to create one and define the name and upload an icon.
If you really want bonus points, you could make the browser extension configurable so that users could target these newer social networks, and make their own recipes; scraping the desired fields and defining how they are stored when augmenting or creating a new contact. And bonus, bonus points if the user can also target photos to be set as the contact photo. Kevin Sun Matthew Silberman For Example, being able to have the same functionality as exists to create/update a contact as we have on Instagram or Twitter/X, available on BlueSky would be amazing.
