Custom fields drop down menu

In the custom fields, it would be great if we could more easily define the categories or options we can select.

Like I have relationship goal as a custom field, but the drop down only shows the 5 most recent ones used, and I can’t access what is in the full list or delete old options once created.

It would be great to define them when creating the custom field.

    This has been added - create a Category type custom field under Settings > Data Setup > Custom fields and define its options there. The contact then shows the full searchable list.

    Removing an option takes it out of the dropdown but leaves it on contacts that already have it.
