Custom fields drop down menu

In the custom fields, it would be great if we could more easily define the categories or options we can select.

Like I have relationship goal as a custom field, but the drop down only shows the 5 most recent ones used, and I can’t access what is in the full list or delete old options once created.

It would be great to define them when creating the custom field.
