Contacts that can be filtered out

I have contacts that are super low priority and would love to have them filtered out most of the time.
Example: plumber, brother friends, far cousing of my father, etc..
I don't want to delete/loose these contacts… but I really dont need to see them at all.
They are more like an emergency list, that I keep their details in DEX but, very rarely need. So filter out everywhere posible.
