Contacts Filter — No Equal To

On the contacts page, I'd love the ability to filter both by the existing "Is equal to", but also "NOT equal to". For example, this would allow you to for instance filter OUT all of the "Don't keep in touch" contacts when looking at the overview, so they're not clogging up space.
