Contact Description - remove repetition

The description field is repeated when a contact is displayed in a sidebar - next to a contact list. It appears in both the contact heading and under "Details" in the "About" section.
This makes it difficult to see contact information, which is below About in the Details pane - particularly when the description is long.
This issue doesn't apply to a contact's information when it is opened to take up the whole space to the right of the nav.
