Change "last interaction date" when we mark a reminder as done

It's annoying right now that when I click the tick next to a reminder, I have to also change the last interaction date manually. Huge time-waste!

    +1 …. not sure what "Mark done" does if it is not recorded.

    Would also like to record a note for the interaction when "marking done"
