CalDAV support

Not everyone uses Google Calendar or Outlook for their emails. I use Fastmail, for example. However, supporting Fastmail may be too much of a specific request, so CalDAV (and CardDAV for contacts, but that's a separate existing ticket request) is a generic way to integrate with all kinds of calendars, to extract the last meeting time, contacts, etc. I'd love to see that.
