Incredibly important CRM feature, so you can easily tell at a glance how long a contact has been neglected! A proper visualization for this would be nice. Currently dates are listed but that's meaningless without context of how often you'd like to be contacting them.
Potentially a color code version of the graph where green is contacted recently and red is neglected so you can get a visual understanding of what groups you're in touch w vs not.
