Automatically update key info such as company and location for better search

Right now I have the feeling updates from LinkedIn aside from the bio are not automatic, and even when triggered the location/company is not replaced as a field. This makes Dex profiles outdated very soon, and one of the main use cases for many users (searching for what people are working in a company/city useless.

I guess this choice comes to keep scraping cost lower, I suggest we are able to scrape some fields (such as company and location) more frequently and they replace existing fields
