Auto light/dark based on system setting

Most modern apps allow a setting for: 1) Light 2) Dark 3) System where the mode is driven by the user’s macOS or Windows or iOS setting instead of picking light or dark.

This is critical to usability since OSs now auto-switching based on time of day or other types of time zone settings, allowing Dex to auto-adjust along with the rest of the user’s apps.
