Auto-fill name with email

When a new contact is added with only an email, add a name. For example ronald.mcdonnald@whopper.com should be easy to auto-fill a name and company instead of leaving this blank which is etremelly anoying when you have exported your contacts and you have 500 contacts with NO NAME
