Details:

Request to add an AI feature that automatically drafts Keep-in-Touch (KIT) messages based on prior conversation history and notes, while learning the user’s writing style and tone over time.

The main friction in staying in touch is:

Remembering past context

Writing a personalized, natural message from scratch

Proposed functionality:

AI generates a draft KIT message using recent notes, messages, or interactions

Drafts improve over time by learning the user’s preferred tone, length, and style

User stays fully in control: review, edit, or discard before sending

Value:

Reduces cognitive load when maintaining relationships

Makes KIT reminders more actionable, not just notifications

Encourages more consistent, thoughtful outreach without sounding generic

    An iMessage app to select a canned message while creating a text would make this even faster.

    High priority - in general, anything that speeds up the "reach out", including bulk sending of templates, with ability to customise before sending is high impact. Cloze had similar features.
