Raised again during a Professional evaluation. The ask is for notetaker coverage beyond Granola, naming Fireflies, Fathom, Otter and Read.ai, and failing that a generic webhook intake so any notetaker could post meeting notes onto the right contact. Today the route for anything other than Granola is Zapier, which works but means each tool needs its own wiring.

Dex is such a fantastic tool, but I believe this to be a make or break feature (since other competitors like Goodword and Relatable) offer it.
I’m personally on Otter, but would move to any transcription service you decide to support

Requested again via support. The use case is video calls recorded with a third-party transcription tool (Granola and Otter named this time): the customer expects the resulting call summary to land automatically on that person's contact record in Dex, so the meeting history sits alongside email and calendar activity without being pasted in by hand. Noted as something other relationship tools they evaluated already do.
