Feature Request

It would be great to have an AI assistant that can summarize interactions we have had with a contact, suggest gift ideas based the notes, or be able to ask questions to dex (I'm hosting an event about X, who should I invite?). I have seen this feature on the clay.earth crm (new Nexus feature)

    Hi everyone! I’m excited to share that Dex Copilot is now live 🎉

    Dex Copilot brings AI directly into your relationship workflow. You can ask Dex to summarize past interactions with a contact, suggest thoughtful gift ideas based on your notes, or answer questions like “I’m hosting an event about X, who should I invite?” all in plain language.

    Copilot is designed to save time and reduce busywork while helping you be more intentional in how you stay in touch. It’s a feature many of you have asked for over the years, and a major step forward in making Dex smarter and more useful day to day.

    You can access Dex Copilot:

    • In the Dex app (web and mobile)

    • Via SMS

    • Via WhatsApp, so you can ask Dex questions wherever you already communicate

    Tracking the next priorities for Copilot improvements here:

    • Ensure Copilot can read contact descriptions and notes (cc Wladimir)

    • Allow user to upload attachments to Copilot (e.g. PDFs that the user can ask Copilot to scan for contact info, then create new contacts from)

    • Allow Copilot to update relations between contacts, batch-update KIT frequency, and add to/remove contacts from groups

    Hi all! Our AI Copilot is currently in beta and available on desktop. We still have lots of polishing and improvement to do, and your feedback will be critical to getting it ready for a wider launch!

      Congrats on the amazing pace of bug hunting and feature rollout. I see there are a few posts on ai marked as complete however it seems that copilot is still unable to read descriptions and notes rendering it not very useful, for instance for AI search. Any roadmap on this? Many thanks
